Terms of Service & B2B Agency Agreement

1. Scope of B2B Services

CheckTicket Travel and Tours (Pvt) Ltd ("CheckTicket", "we", "our") provides wholesale airline ticketing consolidation, group seat allocations, Umrah flight and ground operations, and financial wallet technology exclusively to contracted travel agencies, sub-agents, and corporate partners ("Agent", "you"). Access to the B2B portal is granted subject to these terms.

2. Agency Verification & KYC Mandates

To maintain active ticketing privileges, the partner agency must be duly registered with the relevant provincial Department of Tourist Services (DTS) or hold a valid National Tax Number (NTN) from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). CheckTicket reserves the right to suspend ticketing authority in instances of unverified credentials or suspicious bookings.

3. PNR Holds & Ticketing Time Limits (TTL)

When an agent reserves seats under "Hold PNR", the reservation is submitted directly to the operating carrier's host system with a strict Ticketing Time Limit (TTL).

• Automated Expiration: Airlines automatically cancel and purge un-ticketed PNRs when the TTL expires without financial penalty.
• Fare Guarantees: Airline fares are guaranteed only upon full electronic ticket issuance. In rare cases where an airline revises tax surcharges prior to ticket issuance, the agent will be prompted with the updated fare.
• Passenger Manifest: Passenger names, gender, date of birth, and passport details must match official government travel documents exactly. CheckTicket is not liable for boarding denial caused by agent typing errors.

4. Wallet Ledger, Deposits & Ticketing

All bookings on the CheckTicket B2B portal operate against the agent's digital wallet balance and approved credit limit.

• Atomic Wallet Locking: When initiating an instant ticket issuance, the required fare is debited atomically. If available funds are insufficient, the transaction is rejected immediately to protect the agent from negative ledger exposure.
• Bank Transfers: Wallet top-ups via Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or Askari Bank are credited upon deposit slip verification by our accounts desk.
• Audited Records: Every transaction generates an immutable debit/credit record with timestamp, PNR reference, and balance before/after logs.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Same-Day Voids

Ticket cancellations and refunds are subject to individual carrier fare rules and regulatory guidelines.

• Same-Day Voids: Eligible tickets issued today may be voided within the operating carrier’s 24-hour void window. Upon void confirmation, 100% of the fare is refunded directly back to your agency wallet ledger.
• Voluntary Cancellations: For cancellations outside the void window, the airline's standard cancellation penalty is deducted, and the remaining net refund is credited directly to the agent's wallet upon airline settlement.
• Non-Refundable Group Tickets: Certain pre-blocked group tickets and chartered Umrah allocations are strictly non-refundable and non-reroutable once ticketed, as indicated on the initial group confirmation sheet.

6. Data Privacy & Client Confidentiality

We hold client confidentiality to the highest industry standard. CheckTicket complies with modern data protection principles:

• No Direct Marketing: We will never solicit, market to, or contact your end-passengers directly. All communication routes through you.
• Encrypted Storage: Passenger passport details, CNICs, and payment logs are encrypted using AES-256 standard protocols.
• Third-Party Sharing: Passenger data is transmitted solely to the relevant airline hosts (e.g. Airblue, PIA) and immigration authorities as strictly required for travel booking.
